At H&P Healthcare, we believe high-quality training is essential to delivering safe and effective care. All new starters complete a comprehensive induction programme designed to ensure they have the knowledge, skills and confidence required before working with our clients.



Our training includes essential healthcare modules, care standards, safeguarding, medication awareness, infection prevention and control, moving and handling, first aid and other mandatory topics relevant to their role.



Where required, our staff also have access to specialist training through H&P Care Training Ltd, including practical Moving & Handling training, Adult and Paediatric First Aid, Ligature Awareness, Medication Training and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
